没有想到会对这个题材感兴趣,以为是两个纽约男人友谊的故事,其实是关于四个美国人的故事。看完后最大的感触是文学也是需要专业配合的事业,复杂性令其一不小心就会变成终身的项目。大家常常认为文科已死,但是兴许研究性的文科在很多地区并未存在过。如今我相信社会科学研究兴许会比我们想象得长久得多。另外,电影制作期跨越了五年,导演后期的摄制与剪辑能感受出明显的进步,但是这对于两位暮年的老者来说,这也的确像是油尽灯...
少有的关于图书编辑的影视作品,一时瑜亮的宝藏作家和宝藏编辑。看完没别的感受,就是想买书,买爆罗伯特卡洛的书。7
节奏很好!虽然很多细节已经知道,但又补充知道了更多有趣的细节~是很好的小品。像Caro这样一流的研究者和写作者真是稀少又稀少,这种光辉真是导演父亲这样罕见的图书编辑也无法掩盖。编辑和作者的爱恨关系,两个坚持自己专业不肯退步的人,非常写实。
